My primary goal as a home inspector is to ensure the safety and functionality of the home for potential buyers and sellers by providing thorough assessments and giving clear recommendations. My motivation stems from a desire to customize the home inspection process to meet the specific needs of my clients. I prioritize customer service through comprehensive in-person reviews at the end of each inspection. My goal is to educate clients about the home, covering everything from the main water shutoff location to gas shut-off valves and all electrical system functionality. I want each of my clients to leave the inspection feeling like they know the inner working of the home.
