My primary goal as a home inspector is to ensure the safety and functionality of the home for potential buyers and sellers by providing a thorough assessment on condition and giving clear recommendations. My motivation stems from a desire to customize the home inspection process to meet the specific needs of my clients. I prioritize customer service through comprehensive in-person reviews at the end of each inspection and make myself available for follow up clarification and direction. My goal is to educate clients about the home, covering everything from the main water shutoff location, to electrical system functionality, and annual maintenance priorities. I want each of my clients to leave the inspection feeling like they know more about the inner working of the home.
